I listed a Lakeview condo with Suzanne on a Tuesday and signed the listing agreement on Wednesday. The photographer was scheduled for Thursday and the listing was active on Sunday. The first showings followed over the next couple of days. An offer was received and skillfully negotiated, with Suzanne's help, and a contract for a cash offer was accepted on Friday. The requested closing was only two weeks from the date of the contract which required an inspection, several repairs, and the document dump required for a successful condo sale. I am an absentee owner, so Suzanne helped by monitoring the needed repairs and keeping the buyers informed on our progress through the buyer's agent. Then, at closing, Suzanne had so familiarized herself with the unit, the building, the inspection and repairs that she was highly proficient in directing the completion of the sale. This sale progressed from listing to closing in 3 1/2 weeks. That's remarkable when I consider that many units in this building have been listed for sale for months and in the case of several the days on Zillow are over 500. Let me add that I have worked with several realtors (buying and selling) and successfully sold properties FSBO. This by far is my best selling experience. Thank you Suzanne
